I am moving to Brno next week at some point, when I get my visa and I have decided to travel by train to Brno. I have a connection from my home town to Budapest and I will be arriving in Budapest around 19:00 hours. Now my question is, are there any late trains going from Budapest, Keleti pu to Brno after 19:00 hours? I have tried to find info on the internet, but I have not been able to acquire correct information. Could somebody help out please? The only requirement I need is that train from Budapest to Brno must go through Slovakia and not Austria, since I don't have Austrian transit visa, and as I am told, with Czech visa, you do not need transit visas for Hungary and Slovakia. Any help would be most welcomed. Thanks

Just be sure you check with the train station first. I traveled from Prague to Bratislava and back on a train (went through Brno and the train traveled on to Budapest) but the schedules were nothing like I found on-line. Plenty available, just not what I expected.
