Hi Everyone, I am going to Prague soon and wanted to know if you could recommend some trusted companies that offer transfer services from the airport to hotels downtown. Thank you.
looking on some websites before we went most people recommened the white volkswagon mini buses which are outside the airport. these will take you to your hotel and will give you a card to ring for your return journey. we had no probs with these. ali
The company is called Cedaz. 7 of us went from the airport to city centre last week cost was 960 crowns.
OR you can just buy ticket for 12 KC at the airport (info) and take regular bus to Dejvicka metro station, go downstairs to metro (no need for another ticket) look at the map and go where you need to go on 12 Kc. Few times I used taxi within the Prague, I phoned (you can too from the Airport) to get car from AA Taxi ..don't have number, but perhaps someone can look it up in the phone book. Taxis waiting in front of the airport are rip off. You getting to where you will be staying depends on how much luggage you have to carry. If you travel light, public transport is great.
AAA taxi is good. Phones : 14014 or 222 333 222. They have Price map of Prague from the airport at the web : http://www.aaataxi.cz/en/
