    Ahoj!

I'm having trouble finding a translation for the word "lítej" in this phrase:

"měj mě rád a lítej jako já"

"Lítej" is the singular vocative of the verb "lítat" - spoken variation of "létat" = to fly. "Lítat" also means to run, to hurry, to be in a hurry (colloquial Czech).
"Měj mě rád a lítej jako já" looks like a verse of a poem or a song; I would translate it as Love me and fly in the same way I do or fly with me.

Ok, that explains why I couldn't find it in the dictionary... :)
    Thanks!
That line came from Aneta Langerová's song "Když nemůžu spát".
