'Dej mně pusinku!' is the equivalent of English 'Give me a kiss!' But if it's more than a peck that you want, then I think we should wait for a more thorough reply... :lol:
"Dej mně/mi pusinku" has an infant character, it means it may sound a little bit ridiculous. You should prefer: "Dej mně/mi pusu", but the best way is: "Nechceš mě políbit/Don't you want to kiss me" or "Nechceš mně-mi dát pusu/Don't you want to give me a kiss" Jirka
