I'd like to impress my wonderful girlfriend to her birthday with this little text in czech (but I'm still very beginner): "Never forget, you are not alone, my every thoughts escape to you, you are my dreams, you are my awakening, you are everything that is important for me. Happy birthday!" Please help me to translate this somebody!!! Thank you very much in advance!!! Merry Christmass and Happy New Year to everybody!

I'm not sure about "Šťastné narozeniny", I don't know, what we Czechs say . Maybe you can use English "Happy birthday" when you are not a Czech and Czechs know it from the TV.
I think that we would just say Všechno nejlepší with meaning All the best. We don't have phrase which is equivalent to happy birthday

This is the typical way of saying "Happy birthday" in Czech.
