Well I'm not here to try and learn Czech all of a sudden, I've had 5 years for that and my wedding is next month! I already spend a lot of time talking crap on another web-forum, so I probably should give this place a wide berth. :wink: The thing is now that I am marrying a Czech girl, (The ceremony is also in the Cz.Rep), I figured it's probably time I pulled my finger out of my arse and made more of an effort to get to know her culture and......talk even more waffle on an internet messageboard as if I don't do that enough. :? I don't normally use so many smilies I guess it's just nerves. Crap, if I fall to pieces like this introducing myself to you lot what chance do I stand at my wedding? Anyway, I'm originally from London but I now live in Suffolk in the east of England. I haven't read any of this forum yet so I don't know anything about this place or it's members, but I look forward to hopefully learning a thing or two from some of you, although I bet I just end up enquiring about Czech beer and food instead of shall we say, more intellectual matters. :lol:
Hi there. It's at the castle in Bynovec nad Ploucnici just outside of Decin, Usti Nad Labem. Can't wait. I am already on a diet in anticipation of all that lovely Czech food and drink!
Hi, thanks for the information. Unfortunately, I can not find anything about that castle on the web. Are you sure the spelling is right? I have found "Benesov nad Ploucnici" but not "Bynovec nad Ploucnici". Do you think it is the same? Aagh!! Sorry! it is Benesov nad Ploucnici Zamek. I was getting confused with another place that we visit when we are in Decin.
