Wow, that's quite different than "When you will be good then yes" I would think "Když budeš hodne, tak ano" would be something you'd say to a naughty child who is asking for dessert. I would think "if you would be so kind, then yes" would look something like (not perfect czech) jestli ty by byl hodne, tak ano"
The equivalent of "if you would be so kind, then yes" would be "kdybyste byl tak hodný, tak ano" "když budeš hodný" you can say to a child or partner, but not to somebody else. e.g. buď tak hodný a podej mi tužku buď hodný a dostaneš dort
I think the use of "kdybyste," however, implies a hypothetical, whereas "if you would be so kind" is conditional, but not hypothetical. (Hypothetical would be "If you were so kind ..."). The phrase "if you would be so kind ..." usually implies a single act one is requesting, e.g. "If you would be so kind as to open the door for me, ... ," so if the context of the original "Kdyz budes hodny, tak ano" is a single, specific request, I would say that Kanadanka's translation is accurate. Otherwise, I would translate it as, "If you will be good, then yes" or alternatively (more loose translation, but perhaps more commonly said in English) "If you will behave, then yes."
