Wow. I had no idea the bombing was so bad. I heard that a bomb accidentally dropped by the Americans destroyed the building where the Tancici dum now stands. Was that building destroyed during the same event?
What a horrible tragedy! It truly boggles the mind. Thank you for the posts. Very interesting, albeit disturbing information. The thought of Praha under a three-minute carpet of bombs makes me feel nauseous. I am interested in knowing if the U.S. Government did anything to help, or at least issued an apology.
