I screwed up and didn't wish my wife a happy birthday when she came home the other day. I want to make it up to her by having a mini-birthday celebration for her at our Czech meet-up meeting this weekend. Are there any particular Czech traditions for celebrating a birthday?
Nothing special, really. Just the humdrum bouquet, cake and gift combination. You could stick a small Czech flag in the cake. Or rather not, she might find it cheesy.
