Differences between a few Czech words

    Please could somebody tell me the difference between the following words in Czech.
    splhat/lezt (vysplhat se/vylezt)
    lit/sypat
    dotykat se/sahat
    zdvihnout/zvednout

    I probably have a few more but can't think of them right now.

    lít = pour a liquid   ×   sypat = pour a solid (typically of grains)
    e.g. lít mléko = pour milk   ×   sypat mouku = pour flour

    dotýkat se = touch, contact   ×   sahat = reach, range, touch with hand (literally reach with hand)

    zdvihnout = overcome the heaviness   ×   zvednout = increase the high/altitude

    lézt = climb, crawl   ×   šplhat = clamber
