English Lessons for a room in Prague (January / February)

English for a room?
I would like to exchange one bedroom in my flat for daily 3 hours conversion / lesson with a native or well speaker English girl (please no boys).
My flat is fully equipped (WIFI, Satellite, kitchen devices) and it has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one living room and a kitchen and I live there with my boyfriend.
Flat is located in a gorgeous area (Andel) well connected by public transport.
Proposed date could be from 6 of January to end of February but free feel to propose your date.
