Hi, I am writing an article to local newspapers about foreigners struggling because they do not know Czech. Czech office workers at town halls, police, bus drivers and all other "they-should-serve-to-the-public" people are not educated to speak other languages but Czech. I would like to have in my article some opinions of you, foreigners. The best is, if you have experience from middle of Bohemia region. Dont hesitate to contact me on my email address!
