To be honest I don't know what you mean by that. Only one word that popped up to my mind which has somehow similar pronunciation would be sídliště which is block of flats, block of apartment buildings. Not sure if that helps you though.
Do you mean Syřiště? Czech surname and maybe term from cheese industry, although I'm not completly sure about second one, could be sýřiště instead.
