Dose any one know if there are any libraries for English speakers in Prague. Where are they? Are they open to the public? Or what do you have to do to gain access to them and are they research libraries and are they any good? thanks!
Yes there are. There is large section in Main Library (nam. primatora Vacka). Just across the road/square on right there used to be English language library, but I am not sure if it is still there. Another library - for women is at Gender Studies http://www.feminismus.cz/vpriprave_en.shtml. They have a large collection of donated English language books.
