I cannot find it on the map but the coordinates for Lohm are 49'52" and 12'56". The coordinates for Bezdruzice are 49'54" and 12'58" so I think that they are close to each other.
Your coordinates fit airport in (nearby) Bezdružice. The nearest place called Lohm I found is Lom u Tachova (Lohm is its German name). Its coordinates are 49°49'7.18"N,12°41'33.32"E (the way from Bezdružice to Lom u Tachova).
I guess that it doesn't exist anymore. I found it on the http://www.jewishgen.org/ShtetlSeeker/LocTown.asp but my reference to it was a marriage in 1807. Thanks for your help.
That helps. Now I'm pretty sure you are interested in Lomy (Loc: 49°51'37.97"N, 12°56'13.05"E), today a part of Kokašice. That's only 7.64 km (= 4.75 mile) from Bezdružice (map). According to German Wikipedia its German name is Lohm.
