    U-Turn technology has been successfully deployed by T-Mobile, and several TV broadcasters in the US such as WISC and WKMG, ZeeTV in India and TV Nova in the Czech Republic. Recently a reseller agreement signed with The Ring Ring Company based in Belgium supports U-Turn’s global strategy to work within the mobile marketing industry, to offer a compelling and interactive marketing tool for brand owners.
    The Position – Senior Customer Support Specialist
    U-Turn is seeking a Senior Customer Support Specialist to work within the Customer Support Centre and provide customer support both globally and internally.

    Your Activities
    • Operate and monitor Incident Management Activities (Service Desk) for our global and internal customers
    • Work as part of the team on the 24/7 Helpdesk (On-Call duty)
    • Operate Problem Management activities
    • Understand the end user requirements and carry them through to the solution
    • Ensure that contractual Service Level Agreements are achieved
    • Validate and maintain Knowledge Management
    • Perform internal product testing and coordinate 3rd party product testing
    • Maintain implemented support tools
    • Develop, perform and coordinate training sessions for our Sales partners
    • Provision of client reports as dictated by agreed timescale
    • Communicate and collaborate in a professional manner with client representatives and U-Turn personal

    About You
    • 2-3 years operations/client/experience in Call Centre/Service or Support related functions
    • Professional customer communication skills and a highly developed customer orientation
    • Very good language skills in English, both written and spoken
    • Analytic and systematic with good learning skills to accommodate the rapidly changing Mobile Business market
    • Overall knowledge of the Mobile Phone and Communications market
    • Good team player, stress tolerant and flexible with a good drive to stimulate people around you
    • ITSM knowledge
