Oh yes, limburský sýr - or limburger cheese - would be delicious as well when pickled, but I am afraid it will deprive you of all your neighbors within ten-mile distance of your house !
So I tried to fry my tavruzky tonight and it was very good. I left them a bit longer so were a bit melter next time i'll watch them more carefullly. Goin to buy more tomorrow to try to pickle them. I saw some recipes on the official tavruzky.cz site. Are they worth trying?
