There is a FREE Wi-Fi access (if your laptop/notebook has the capability)to the interner/eMail at "some" locations in Prague. I've found that at the intersection of Vodickova & Vaclavak -there is a nice expresso sidewalk cafe at the corner--you can sit down, have an coffee and check your eMail for free. The signal is in the "air"

The coffee is good but a bit pricy--60Kc for a demmi! You can go to the , Hot Dog stand accross, buy a 35Kc hot dog and use their stand up table or even sit on the street bench and do it completly free (usualy there is a Gypsy sleeping on the bench, so yo might have to wait until the bench is vacant!

http://wifi.lupa.cz/ lists public wireless access points in the CR. The site itself is in Czech though. Where "zdarma" = "ano", they're supposedly free of charge.
