Normally when does it start snowing in Prague?
In the Czechlands the first snow comes in the night from 10th to 11th November exactly.
From what I can remember there's mainly snow during January. Theres not so much snow during December, especially in Prague and when it snows in December it's usually in the morning and all the smow melts down during the day.
I don't remember snow in Prague, only slush . To the amusement of all countrymen, every slushfall in Prague is called "calamitous snowfall".
Just to prove I read My Czech Republic Blog: a little explanation of Zeisig's absolute.
BTW, nana, do you eat snow? This is Food & Drink subforum .
Depends where in Prague do you live. It's definitely very different in the downtown and on the outskirts.
Maple Taffy on Snow
The maple syrup is boiled to a temperature of 131°-132°C (268°-270°F) and then carefully poured onto crushed ice or snow. The resulting taffy is a delightful treat
