My great-grandparents were possibly Czech but moved to eastern Germany (around Dresden) and settled there. How common is the surname Drabik in the Czech Republic? I understand that the surname is also used in Slovakia and Poland.

    I'd appreciate any replies.

The name is not very common, but not rare, too. I check official statistics and here you are variants of name and number of them:
    Drabik and Drabík 49
    Drábik and Drábík 99
    Drabíková 37
    Drábiková and Drábíková 93
The first two rows are men, last second women. CR has approximately 10 million inhabitants.
    Karel :)
