Can anyone translate a few words that you would use over there in volleyball:
    set
    spike
    serve
    bump
    "Good job"
    "Keep it up"
    "Come on!"
if anyone could help on any of the words, I couldn't use a dictionary because i didn't know if it would mean the same thing as it does here.
    dekuji

Here's some that I can think of off the top of my head:

    serve (v.) = podat
    server (n.) = podání
    block (n.) = blok
    block(v.) = blokovat
    spike (n.) = smeč
    spike (v.) = smečovat

    Good job!
    Bezva!
    Dobře!
    Skvěly!

    Come on!
    Hraj!

    Ruzete, I found some others:

    bump (n.) = bagr
    setter = nahrávač
    (outside?) hitter = smečař
    (middle?) blocker = blokař
libero = <same in Czech> (although, it's not really a Czech word (or English for that matter)

Perhaps the verb forms for bump and set are similar to the nouns here. Try using "bagrovat" and "nahrávat" on your Czech exchange student friend. Maybe a native Czech volleyball enthusiast could comment on these.
