OK! I really love weinersnitchel. The problem is my mom only makes it around Christmas time because it is part of the traditional meal. I really wanted to have weinersnitchel on some other day rather then Christmas so i made a bet with my mom. She told me how to say weinersnitchel in Czech and if i could remember it in at least 3 months she would make it again. Naturally, i forgot on the 26th. SO!

What is the Czech name for weinersnitchel? (or that meat dish you make for Christmas eve dinner.)
    Thanks!
    I'm hungry!

Wiener schnitzel in Czech is "vídeňský řízek" (originally veal, now mostly pork cutlets rolled in flour, battered eggs and bread crumbs and fried in oil). However, the traditional Christmas eve dish is carp, prepared in the same way.
