Pretty much anywhere. The streets on New Year's are one big party. It's probably the only time of year you'll see smiling Czechs on the street (except perhaps on Easter Monday, but then only half the Czechs are smiling ). ... and yes, I am exagerating (about the smiling, that is, not the partying).
