Hello, I'm a student interior architecture from Belgium and interested in the traditional czech wine cellars. I'm searching some more information about the proces of wine making, for example the wooden tons that are used: what kind of wood are they made of? The long tables seem typical czech, does anyone know the material they are made of? Pictures of wine cellars are welcome.. Thanks xx
