Stones are heavy. Sand weighs a lot.
But letting a foolish person make you angry is a
heavier load than both of them.

Anger is mean. Great anger overpowers you.
    But who can face jealousy?

This message just came to me. I hope it helps someone out there. :) :)

What do you mean those words just came to you?

But in all honesty, they were nice words for my current situation.
The unnecessary burdens we for some reason willingly bear.

Thanks, it is from the Bible
basicly he is saying -- Don't let people upset you.
My opinion the happier that you are, the people around you seem happier too.
I have seen mad people and it seems that every one else is upset because of them or their actions.

You get better results speaking when you are not angry.
For instance last week, I just found out my crew installed the wrong cylinder heads on a diesel engine. Last week only 3 guys working, the week before I was on vacation.
It made me angry, so I blew it off. Tomorrow morning I will have a meeting with my crew to see what went wrong. I will know more tomorrow, everyone will be back to work.
