I will be taking a trip to Prague next month and was wondering what the winter weather is like. How cold does it get? Thanks. J.S.
The weather can be quite unpleasant in December, although it is hard to predict. The temperature is usually around 0 deg. Celsius (32 deg. Fahrenheit), but can be 10 degrees Celsius lower or higher (as low as 15 F). It may snow or rain. To be safe, I would bring a good winter jacket (wind- and rain-proof would be great), long-sleeve shirts, a sweater, a wool scarf, a pair of gloves, and probably a hat. Shoes that can handle snow.
