How much luggage???

If anyone can help; I'm curious as to what's a reasonably or normal amount of luggage to bring to Prague. I'm planning on doing a TEFL course and then teaching either in Prague or somewhere else in Central/Eastern Europe. Right now I've got my backpacker pack, a suitcase with wheels, and a small backpack for carry on. Is this reasonable, or do most people survive on their backpacker pack alone?
