Will be traveling from Vienna to Prague by train in November and am wondering whether station in Prague is centrally located, as we will be staying at the Marriott on V Celnici 8? Also, are 3 1/2 days long enough to see most of the historic sites in the city? Thank you.

Praha Hlavní nádraží (main station) is located just few minutes walking (or one underground station) from National Museum and Wenceslas Square. However some long distance trains are terminating in Praha Holešovice station, which is not in walking distance, but three or so underground stops from city centre.

I guess three days should be enough to see most touristic sites, definatelly spend some time walking in the centre during the night, it is magic.
