There is at least one pub in Duchcov and probably more throughout the country, where smoking marijuana in public is tolerated. When that crowd shows up it's time for me to leave.
Technicaly is possesion of small amount of drugs considered as misdemeanour and you could be fined, but in practice it isn't enforced.
Wow, it's about a 5 year prison sentence here (for a repeat offender or someone who the Guards have been itching to get off the streets) . Same length of time for rape, isn't that disgusting? And murder is only 20 years! If you want to murder someone bring them to Ireland!
