So, I come home from work and my two year old son is waiting for me at the door. I tell him..."Hi Luk" and he laid down"...
My step daughter tells her baby to go "hi-ee" (well that's how it sounds) when she wants her to go to sleep.
I admit I didn't get it from the first post either. But now I understand, it's related to "hajat" (= to sleep in children speak). I still remember goodnight stories for children, aired on radio, narrated by a person called "Hajaja" (voiced by V. Brodsky, IIRC).
