For those in Czech right now, does the Czech Republic require that automobiles have Winter or Snow tires?
Not everywhere.. there is special trafic sign to declare where are winter tires required. e.g. Vysočina part od D1 road..
The newspapers last week carried a very useful map and list of all the roads. If there's any particular area you need to know about, let me know and I'll look it up.
