Banjos in Prague?

I'll be on an extended (5-month) visit to Prague soon, and my family and friends are all making plans to visit. (I have to keep reminding them that I'll be working...)

Anyway, my step-daughter is a bluegrass banjo player and she would like to visit Jaroslav Prucha's shop/factory where banjos and mandolins are built, when she visits later this spring.

I haven't been able to find an address for this place -- could someone help me out?
