That will be Bontonland at Můstek, at the intersection of Na Příkopě and Václavské Náměstí. www.bontonland.cz
The biggest CD/DVD shop is probably Bontonland on Wenceslav Square, but probably not cheapest, I guess. Entrance is in metro station Mustek Map (Number 1 on map)
