Today's radio Prague's Soundczech: http://www.radio.cz/en/current/soundczech states: "Today's song is from the very first Czech musical Starci na chmelu or The Hop Pickers. The song is called - 'The story you are about to see'" The group that sings that sounds very fun. I'd like to hear more of them. Are they a group by chance, as the picture on the site suggests, or is it simply some actors in that particular musical, therefore one can not find CD's of them?

It was no real group, the names of the three guitar players are Josef Koníček, Petr Musil, Josef Laufer, from them Laufer (singer) being probably the most known one. The songs were sung by that time very popular singers: Gott, Zíma, Malknechtová, Štědrý.
