Distance from Prague to Ostrava

Im foreigner. I intend to study in Czech.I will study in Ostrava. Can any one tell me how far from Prague to Ostrava? Thank u very much.

approx. 350 km by train = approx. five hours
approx. 400 km by bus = approx. six hours
