Help needed with translations

It's blank for me as well. Perhaps its a joke, there's not much to translate. I got the czech translated: nic

I tried to look that up on slovnik.cz, but couldn't find it. What 's it mean?

 

Its word composed of 2 other words of allmost identical meaning - "pusto" and "prázdno" something like " deserted emptiness " .
