I am organising a Carol Concert next Monday and I am hoping that the Cub Scouts taking part will be able to say something to introduce the carols. One of the carols is the Rocking Carol. Could some kind person please provide me with a phonetic (Anglicised) pronunciation for a Czech language version of 'Peace be with you'?

The Czech translation of "Peace be with you" is either "Mír s tebou", which is used when you are addressing only one person, or "Mír s vámi", which is used when you are addressing more than one person, such as a concert audience. The approximate transcription of the first one is [meer steh-bo] and the second one [meer svah-me]. Happy Holidays!
