Visiting Prague again in late November. Would really like to know of the best pivovars around the city centre. Particularly places which are still popular with the Czechs themselves. In England we have "Real Ale" pubs, and I suppose Im looking for the equivalent in Prague. Places where they take the beer seriously and arent too resentful of a tourist respectfully joining in Would also be grateful of any advice on tipping in pubs. Many Thanks,
