When preparing for a trip, we always plan how to get there and how much time we want to spend. We put together a list of things to bring and a list of things to see. The shoppers among us may also compile a list of things to bring back. Now what about that list of places to grab a bite at?
When we travel, we cannot always find the food we like and are used to from home. Discovering new cuisines can be fun and it can be frustrating. What are your experiences with the food you ate on your last trip to a foreign country?

As a frequent traveller to the Czech Republic, I have already tried most traditional dishes there. My favourite is Smazak (or smazeny syr) - fried cheese which you can buy nearly everywhere. It´s so simple and so good!
