My background is in the Diesel Industry. I found a MTU Diesel Engine Distributor in Louny. Place called MTI-Louny s.r.o. Huova 402 44001 Louny Czech Rebublic. ( They work on Power Generation, Marin, Rail ) according to MTU web site. I have their E-mail address. Do they have a web sight? Do people speak english in Louny? Also how much does it cost to live in Louny? Would it be enough for a family of 4 to live on according to their pay?
They should have the High Horse Power Engines, large displacement engines, like we have here on Frack Pumps ( oil field related )My Favorite! We have here from MTU 16V4000's rated @ 3000 HP @ 1950 RPM puts out over 9184 ft. lbs.Tourque @ 1650 RPM. This engine has 4 turbo's and is intercooled. A series 20V4000 Genset Engine can put out 4036 HP @ 1800 RPM, and has only 2 great big huge turbo's. I'm guessing there's probaly a 20V4000 Genset somewhere's in CZ. I wounder if they would hire a American who has lots of Detroit Diesel/MTU experience. Also wounder how much they would pay?

I found it's even the exclusive MTU distributor in the CR.

MTI Louny is only a small company. Its legal form is Limited liability company and the original capital is only 100 000 Kč. Official business objectives are Retail sale in non-specialized stores with food, beverages or tobacco predominating; Manufacture of other general purpose machinery. In unofficial registers it is kept as a company related to shipment.

All E-mail addresses I found are of domain lostr.cz belonging to Lostr a.s. That's the company where all the MTI Louny executives I found are employed.
Lostr is also a co-proprietor of MTI Louny and both companies have identical business address (Husova 402). The board of directors charmain of Lostr is also one of executive heads in MTI Louny.

In the Czech Republic there are only small oil fields. Practically all are controlled by Moravské naftové doly. |
