well, if I'm translating it right, I would say the information itself is incorrect.

A bomb blast in afghanistan killed the commander Prince William.

It could be translated minimally in three ways:

Commander Prince William was killed by explosion in Afghanistan.

Commander of Prince William was killed by explosion in Afghanistan.

Prince William was killed by explosion of commander in Afghanistan.

    :)

    Commander Prince William was killed…
    Prince William’s commander was killed…
William was killed by explosion of Prince’s commander.

    Prince’s commander William was killed…
Prince William was killed by explosion of commander.

(The last two sentences are based on assumption of author’s grammatical ignorance which is given by his stylistic ignorance - there should be a possesive adjective.)

The word "výbuch" does not have to be necessarily an explosion. It can be taken metaphorically as an emotional outburst (probably negative). You know the military commandres, they are all green brains...:)

To je legraci.(Historka není legrace, to je smutná)
Mlunviční neznalost. :D Hmmm, počkej!, myslím si, že to je jako já.

How do I make sebevražedný a noun? sebevražednec, ník, nák?

Jakmile jsem viděl přispěvek vypnul jsem televizi. Chtěl jsem zjistit zda ta informace je pravda.
Nebyla to všude na televizi, tak jsem věděl, že princ William nebyl zabitý. Potom jsem dočetl internetovou stranku.

There is quite a bit of ambiguity in that sentence.

"Sebevrah" (as "vrah"). Although there can be the word "vražedník", the word "*sebevražedník" does not exist:)

    Sebevrah a vražedník.
 Nedá se předpokládat, že může takhle vytvořit podstatné jmeno z přidavného jmena.
    Sebevražedný útočník.

Má být ''Tajfun Krosa pustoší Tchai-wan''?
To je ale jen změna slovosledu.

Asi slovesa má být pustoši( ne í )

    pustoší

Tchai-wan pustoší tajfun Krosa - no clear what ravages what, but can be guessed semantically. However there are many sentences where it is not clear nor from the context nor from the semantics, so it is better to transform them into passive - Tchai-wan je pustošen tajfunem Krosa. No ambivalence

Passive voice. I should learn to use that more.

Navrh byl ohlasen na konference ve tři a přijímal se ve čtyři. Ne všichni ale s něj souhlasil a byl mnoho neštastné šumy.
The suggestion was announced at three and it was acceptted at four. Not everybody agreed with it there were many unhappy hisses, boos.

Jak jsem šel po pláži viděl jsem tři písecní hrady, které byli postavěn dětmi, ale ted' je přiliv zničil.(but now the tide was destroying them)

The passive voice is not as common as in English, so I'd change the sentence completely, e.g. to something like "Na Tchai-wanu řádí tajfun Krosa".
