(EN -> CZ) Congratulations on your new baby girl

I am learning Czech, as my wife is from Ceska. Our friend (her ex
professional dancing partner) recently became a father to his first child, a new baby girl. I want to write a quick text message congratulating him and his girlfriend on their new addition to their family.

This is what I would like to say, "I want to congratulate you on your new baby girl!"

This is what I've got thus far, "Hoj otec Rost'a! Ja chci gratulovat... ... "

Still working on it, but it's taking a lot of time and would prefer it to be written error-free.

Jsem nedavno manzelsky. Muj manzelka prichazi z ta Ceska Republika a je cestina. Jsem posedly naucit se Cech od tento websajt. Ono je ne nenuceny, ale, jsem předurčený!!!!!!

Ahoj (čerstvý) tatínku, ... (if it is the first child)
gratuluju (vám) k novému přírůstku v rodině...
gratuluju (vám) k (nově narozené) holčičce ...
