I am a graduate student in the States. I am working on a project and need some assistance. I need a break down of the "consumer behavior" in the Czech Republic. Are on-line games available? If so, are they popular? Is buying done on a more of a want or need basis? Is advertisement/marketing big there? What demographic of people purchase more freely? Any help is appreciated. thanks
They purchase more based on need than want. Unless it's beer, then it's a little bit need & want combined! :wink:
I'm not expert, but: Online games are available. Both on computers (like WoW, or Guild wars) and mobil games. This market is growing, but income and computer/internet ratio are lower than in west Europe, so numbers are smaller. I believe that statistics in last years show that "want basis" grows rapidly. It is. Czech commercials are winning some international advertisement competitions here and there. I'm not sure if I understandt this one... I would suggest to contact one of advertisement magazines in Czech republic. Lineage is also popular (on free unofficial servers though), I've seen lot of people play it during lectures at my uni
