The song is Velmi Nesměla by Jablkon

I would really appreciate a word for word direct translation even if it makes no sense(.. because I am of course trying to learn Czech).. and then maybe an explanation.. please forgive my online translation attempts

    Do pekla i do raje

at this point i decide to give up trying and the get lyrics online

    Ve středu spolu postáli postáli
Dívali se do dáli do dáli
A do dáli se dívali dívali
I když už spolu nestáli nestáli

Ve čtvrtek přišel první zvrat první zvrat
Prohlásil že má ji rád má ji rád
A ona špitla do ticha do ticha
Že na ni moc pospíchá pospíchá

    Ref:

V pátek to vzal útokem útokem
Jak tak šli krok za krokem za krokem
Přesně v šestnáct dvacet pět dvacet pět
Zavadil loktem o loket o loket

V sobotu ji chyt za ruku za ruku
Hlavou jí kmitlo je to tu je to tu
    A jak hodiny běžely běžely
    Drželi se drželi drželi

    Ref:

    V neděli už věděli věděli
    Že jsou možná dospělí dospělí
A tak při sedmém pokusu pokusu
Dal jí pusu na pusu na pusu

    Když zas přišlo pondělí pondělí
    Příšerně se styděli styděli
    A tak oba dělali dělali
    Jakoby se neznali neznali

    Ref:

    Thanks in advance

I understand it's a long text, if you'd even like to translate a single verse that'd be cool too!

I'll do the last couple of verses cuz they're pretty clear - literal translation

On Sunday already they knew they knew
that they are maybe adults adults
and so during seventh attempt attempt
he gave her kiss on mouth on mouth

    when again came Monday Monday
    terribly they were ashamed ashamed
and so both they did they did (really means they acted like)
as if each other they didn't know they didn't know

I'll leave the others for somebody native cuz I'm not 100% sure about some of it and I can't be bothered to try it and maybe get it wrong and get corrected

I think you've made a couple of typos and mistakes, which makes it a little difficult to know for sure. I'll try some more of it, seeing as nobody else has given it a go. From the top now, literal translation -

(jakoby se neznali) - as if they didn't know each other
On Tuesday they picked up (sebrali) courage
(odhodlali se) - they decided (made up their mind) to greeting
(not sure what prachat means) - they dusted (like you say -fled) to mum
('poasa' is a mistake so I don't know what it's supposed to be) - traffic light.....pedestrain
    motorbikes, cars, trams

and all from way today they lead
    to hell even to paradise

on Wednesday together they stood up
they watched to further to further (distance)
and to further they watched watched
even when anymore together they weren't standing weren't standing

on Thursday came first turn first turn
he announced that he likes her likes her
and she whispered to silence to silence
that on her a lot he will hurry he will hurry

on Friday it he took by attack by attack
how so they went step by step by step
    exactly at 16 25 25
he brushed (her) by elbow about (on) elbow about (on) elbow

On Saturday her he caught by hand by hand
by head to her it flickered is it here is it here
and how hours they ran they ran
they held each other they held they held

The last 2 I translated in the previous message. That's a very literal translation. As you can guess, it's describing the progress of a relationship over a week.

"Prachali" is a typo - it should be prchali (prchat = to flee); the same with "poasa" - correct is popásá (popásat = to keep /cattle/ on grass), i.e. traffic lights guard pedestrians, motorbikes, cars, trams...
