Now it's possible to buy the first time DVD of the Czech animated film "Čarodějův učeň" (Krabat - The Sorcerer's Apprentice) but I think that in Czech only. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0075811/ Bontonland shop where it's possible to buy : http://www.bontonland.cz/film/animovane/Krabat-Carodejuv-ucen-688188.html It's possible to watch the whole film with the English subtitles at youtube : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vRlqytQFQjs
It is available with English subtitles from the Karel Zeman Museum. DVDs are sold at the museum and by mail order. http://www.muzeumkarlazemana.cz/shop/dvd/the-sorcerer-s-apprentice-detail?lang=en I don't have this DVD yet, but I have the first three releases from the museum (Baron Prášil, Cesta do pravěku, Vynález zkázy) are all very nicely done, with high quality image/sound and lots of good extras. I would anticipate similar greatness from their other releases.
