How about a few different formal and informal ways to do this?

I only know

informal:

Ahoj + vocative

Měj se (moc) hezky/pěkny

or simply

Měj se

Formal:

Formal start:
Vážený pane,
Vážená paní,
Vážená slečno,
Vážený pane + surname in vocative
etc.
formal end:
S pozdravem
