Hi everyone:
This is a long shot, but I'm wondering if anyone can help me with the song below. It's kind of a crude recording that I did myself, taken from an old movie. The movie was set in Prague, but I have no idea what the song is and would really like to know.
Does it ring any memory bells? Is it even Czech?!?
Excuse my ignorance, and thank you so much in advance!

Anyone recognize this song?

"Man invented language to satisfy his deep need to complain."
It is well known, not word-by-word, but almost everyone knows at least the melody.
I always thought it is spelled "Iveta" though (which is much more common then "Yvetta").
