Hello everyone I've just joined this site and it looks great. I have been travelling to czech for the last 15 years on business, and love it so much that my wife and I have recently purchased a house not far from Prague. We are seriously considering a permanent move out there so any advice would be greatly received. Likewise, if any of you are contemplating purchasing a property, I now have GOOD contacts that could help through the minefield of beurocracy, like setting up an s.r.o. company etc, It took a long time (about 6 months) to finalise all the legalities etc., but we are now proud owners of a lovely ( nearly completed) 8 bed family house (Swiss Chalet type), which is set in a beautiful area about 30 mins airport and 40 mins Prague.
