One of the best kinds of wine I have ever drunk is Frankovka, a dry, red wine which is mostly grown in Moravia or in Slovakia. Have you ever tried it?
Yes, I have tried Frankovka and enjoyed it. During my four years in Prague, I would have to say that I drank my fair share of this wine as it could be found in almost every supermarket. Some other types of wine I have also enjoyed have been Rulandske cervene and Portugalske modre. I think that Velke Pavlovice and Znovin Znojmo are both good wineries. If you are interested in reading some about Czech wine, I would suggest taking a look at: David's Moravian Wine Page. Na zdravi!
