"polohruba mouka?"

    Can anybody tell me what sort of substitution I can use insted of "polohruba mouka"???
    [I have tried self raising flour for a cake but it did not work out.]

    Dasa, I assume you are in the US? I've used Wondra flour with success in making bramborove knedloky, but haven't tried it for anything else...I don't know if that's the "self rising cake flour" you mentioned...

    Dasa,
    It would help if you tell us what are you trying to make. For example there are recipes which accommodate use of regular Canadian/US flour, but it depends.
